SMART+ Slush & Frozen Cocktail Maker

The V AIR SMART+ is perfect for front of house where space needs to be maximised. It features the unique Cyclic Reverse Technology which ensures frozen cocktails are always perfectly served as it reverses the bowl mixer every 10 minutes to break down any large crystal formations and delivers every cocktail at the ideal frozen texture. The  V AIR SMART+ also features LED lighted bowls for extra impact as well as ‘hot gas’ technology which helps to defrost the machine and speed up cleaning as well as being supplied with a remote control for increased flexibility of use and monitoring. All machines feature V AIR’s unique Vertical Ventilation Technology so the machines are able to be situated next to each other, maximising counter space.  The SMART+ bowls each hold 15 litres of frozen cocktails  (available in 1, 2 or 3 bowl configurations) and can be customised to fit in with a venue’s décor or branding.
